Don’t wait for a better future

Before enjoying your life

Get out your finest china

Notice the breeze kissing your face

The blossom offering up her scent

Life is in the now!

Don’t be deaf

To the music of the Universe

Whilst waiting for the orchestra

Don’t be blind

To the beauty of each soul

Whilst searching for someone else

Fighting the present is a waste of energy

Shutting us off to the gifts of the present

And creative solutions

The future is in our imagination

The past out of our control

How we respond in the now

Is all that matters.
