Setting sail from

Familiar shores

Without a map.

I’m in a boat

Letting go of the known

Choosing new challenges.

Unchartered territory.

Winds blow

This way and that

Will thunder strike?

Will the boat capsize?

Will I flounder, swim, drown?

Monsters in the deep

Better not fall in.

Focusing ahead

On the whispers of my soul

The forest calls my name

Promising peace

Joy

A new life

In the land of the unknown.
